Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase of GET 8+ in IELTS SPEAKING PART 1.  We strive to provide a valuable reading experience and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:

1. Refunds

- Due to the digital nature of the ebook, all sales are final. Once the ebook has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

- If you experience technical issues with the download or access of the ebook, please contact our support team at khayala.baylarova@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
- If the ebook cannot be accessed or downloaded due to technical errors on our end and we are unable to resolve the issue within 6 business days. 

3. How to Request a Refund

• If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at  khayala.baylarova@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue within 3 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 31 days of approval and will be issued back to the original payment method.
